Standard Schedules

Kamar installations using Athenaeum should instantiate at least the following two schedules on the Kamar server:

These scripts should run daily after the “Kamar - Daily” script completes (allows 20 or 30 minutes).

Server Script - Athenaeum can be found in the Kamar “Globals_” file (it is easiest to duplicate the Kamar Server daily script and modify the selected script as described in Athenaeum Note 103.

Kamar Photos to Athenaeum Pro should run after the first script. You will run find script, which is in the Athenaeum “ap_photos” file and was described in Athenaeum Note 89.

Resources

Sites also using Athenaeum for resources can also configure the server to synchronise the library and the resource borrowers and photos.

Do this by creating a new schedule and call it “Resource Borrower Sychronisation”.

Schedule the script to run the script called “Synchronise Borrowers and Photos” that you will find in the filemaker file called “athressync.fp7″.

Use the standard script account and password.

Schedule the script to run 20 minutes or so after the Kamar ->Athenaeum script.

Folder Structure

It is imperative that the correct folder structure be maintained. Inside the FileMaker Server folder, you will have the following folders: - Athenaeum - Resource - DataD - DataH - DataS
