Change & Fix list:
- The Annual $ Summary has been re-written for a massive increase in speed and a more clearly worded report.
- Items in the issue history now show the author.
- Items in the issue history show the archive reason, if the referenced item has been archived, and is included in the second line of tooltips.
- Items in the issue history that have been archive show the title in red text.
- The last date that an item was issued is easier to search - go to the issue history tab and it is displayed on the bottom of the screen.
- Adding authority entries has had some internal changes with data cleaning routines added. The type ahead facility has been improved, if version 10 of FileMaker Pro is currently being used.
- Catalogue author auto-complete does not automatically show immediately, to speed input on large catalogues on slow networks. You may still use the “insert from index” short cut or click the grey down arrow to the right of the author field to bring the old list up.
- The Issue History tab in the catalogue has been reworked and simplified. History for all copies is separated into a new sub-tab.
- The Bar code utility has a number of tweaks as well as fixing a regression in the Win A4 3×10 bar codes layout.
- A regression in processing of MARC that caused leading spaces not be removed as been fixed.
- The “Stock Take List Missing” button now correctly omits “out” items when requested.
- The tooltip on label of “overdue letters include fines” setting was adjusted.
- Catalogue list print swaps order of dewey and call number.
- Borrowers are now “inactive” rather than “suspended” to remove possible confusion with “suspended” students in school administration systems.
- Overdue letters have option to print overdue slips (does not change the “found set”).
- Various minor undocumented feature request incorporated.
